On the 22nd of March, 2023, the European Think Tanks Group (ETTG), with the support of IDDRI and its members, hosted the workshop “Is there a common / shared European vision regarding the reform of the international financial system” at the European Climate Foundation.The event involved a broad range of participants from EU members States, practitioners, think tankers and foundations and revolved around three major topics:
1. Ensure more equity in Climate finance
2. Improving the EU’s institutions and the EU Member States’ Communication with the Global South.
3. Reforming the international financial system, by addressing key funding accessing issues.
