Laia is the Senior Policy Analyst for ODI Europe, responsible for policy analysis and stakeholder management. She supports the coordination of the Africa-Europe relationship engagement and communications in and between cities for the Africa-Europe Mayors’ Dialogue.
Prior to joining ODI, Laia worked for the Delegation of the Government of Catalonia in Brussels and London where she monitored the European Parliament’s development impact and activities on cross-cutting EU policy issues. She has advised the Centre for Feminist Foreign Policy (CFFP) on the design of an Intersectional Lens in Cybersecurity Ethics toolkit for the UK Government.
