DEVCO Infopoint event with ETTG – IDDRI: Achieving sustainability in the cocoa sector. The shared load of private and public policies

On December 19, 2019 European Think Tanks Group (ETTG)  presented  the blog / study which was carried out by the Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations (IDDRI) on sustainability in the cocoa sector. The study reviewed state of the art knowledge on the impact of the cocoa value chain on biodiversity, assessed the current strategies by the industry to address the issue and explore further options to improve sustainability in the cocoa-chocolate value-chain, including future european regulation.
